I am definitely planning on using the Sematic mapping on at least one of my lesson plans. I love this strategy and how it involves the whole class. This strategy will also work very well math, which most of my lesson plans are.
I really liked a lot of the strategies that were presented tonight. It really helped to ease my mind about these lesson plans!
At this point I am so stresses and confused that being able to use anything that makes since is the only option and this was one that seemed to work some what so I will most likely use it as well.
ReplyDeleteI learned a lot in tonight's class as well. I also feel that Semantic mapping would be good for a whole class.
ReplyDeleteThis strategy is great! I may also use this for a math lesson because I think students would learn from it for sure.
ReplyDeleteGreat! Lots of folks liked this one!
ReplyDeleteSemantic maps are nice because they can be as simple or detailed as the student wants. All they require is the student to make connections and draw circles/bubbles and lines.
